General Laborer

Our erosion control company is seeking a hard working general laborer

​

Job Duties:
-Assisting other crew members with daily tasks
-Most laborers have the opportunity to learn to run equipment and advance their career.
-Learn how to operate and apply product with Hydroseeder

-Apply seed and fertilizer to finished soil

-Strawmulching
-Installing silt fence
-Using hand and pneumatic tools
-Maintain BMPs

-Misc. duties assigned by foreman

Job Requirements:
-CDL a plus but not required. Experience driving/towing/strapping a trailer also a plus.
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs
-Valid driver’s license with good record
-Must be able to follow directions
-Ability to safely operate tools and equipment
-Must be self-motivated and have a positive attitude
-Must be able and willing to work 40 hours or more.

The majority of the work is with 45 minutes of Whitehall, WI but you might be asked to travel in a company vehicle.

Full time positions available.
Pay based on experience.
