Equipment Operator

Our erosion control company is seeking a hard working equipment operator.

​

Job Duties:
-Finishing dirtwork with Cat Skidsteer
-Using skidsteer with multiple attachments including: stump grinder, trencher, street sweeper, soil conditioner, etc.
-Hydroseeding
-Installing silt fence
-Using hand and pneumatic tools
-Maintain BMPs

Job Requirements:
-CDL a plus along with driving/towing/strapping a trailer
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs
-Valid driver’s license with good record
-Must be able to follow directions
-Ability to safely operate tools and equipment (skidsteer, utility tractor, hand tools)
-Must be self-motivated and have a positive attitude
-Must be able and willing to work 40 hours or more.

The majority of the work is with 45 minutes of Whitehall, WI but you might be asked to travel in a company vehicle.

Full time positions available.
Pay based on experience.
